The aim of Audi Hungaria’s AHAM initiative is to ensure that employees who are experiencing difficulties due to their age or life situation can continue to use their valuable professional knowledge, even if they are physically no longer able to compete with younger and healthier colleagues.
To this end, the company has created positions and work environments where experienced professionals can participate in work processes with physical assistance and using mechanized tools.
Our task was to create an image for the program that is sufficiently attention-grabbing and reflects modern solutions and new aspects for working. During the communication of the project, it was important that the message be clear: with your expertise, you will always have a place at Audi.
