Concept Development
Every project begins with a deep understanding of your company and your exhibition goals. Based on this, we define the functional layout of the stand, the spatial arrangement, and the choice of materials, then present it all with a 3D visual design so you can see exactly how it will look in practice. By the end of the conceptual design phase, you’ll also receive clear and comprehensive documentation.
Technical Documentation and Manufacturing Design
Based on the organizer’s requirements, we prepare all the technical documentation needed to obtain the building permit. We design the electrical network, define the power requirements, and specify the water and sewage connections. If needed, we also assist with submitting the plans on the organizer’s platform and ordering the required services.
We define all materials and develop the structural solutions.
Production
All custom wood, metal, and other elements are manufactured in our own workshop — and we’re open to creating any kind of creative solution, not only for stands.
On-site Construction
We build the stand on location, install the lighting, audiovisual equipment, and all other necessary elements. Our clients receive their stand fully turnkey before the exhibition begins.
Post-Exhibition Dismantling
At the end of the event, we dismantle, organize, and recycle the elements wherever possible — sustainability is a priority for us.
Evaluation and Optimization
At the end of the project, we review the entire process together, draw the key lessons, and fine-tune the next exhibition appearance. For us, this is not optional — it’s part of true professionalism.
